"Ireally like Yoga District. It is a great little neighborhoodyplace. The mission is affordable, eco-friendly yoga. The space isbeautiful. The classes are challenging.  Basically, it is a littlegarden of yoga Eden. Check it out, your first 3 classes are $10... Sogood." --Review at  www.yelp.com

"Iwould seriously give this place ten stars if yelp would let me... Untilnext time Yoga District. I miss you." --Review at www.yelp.com

"Gothere! The young turks of the DC yoga scene are bringing $10 classesto... yogis in the city. Two locations on Dupont Circle and T at14th, this is the the place to be. With all the overpriced andoverhyped yoga studios in town, Yoga District has managed to hit thesweet spot. Hip, affordable and with a sense of humor." --Review atyelp.com

"Imade it to Bernie's Yoga for Misfits class... which was great... Thestudio is great, simple and close to home, exactly what I need."--E-mail review

Amy Dara's classes

Amy Dara's yoga classes incorporate her growing knowledge of physical therapy with a playful emphasis on alignment and intense relaxation. She applies her philosophy of being flexible while maintaining a sense of humor both on and off the mat. She encourages curiosity on the mat, evoking notions to carry over into daily life. Her strong background in vinyasa, Restorative, and Ashtanga yoga results in a seamlessly flowing sequence, be it slow or vigorous. Amy Dara developed the Reboot class in response to a high demand to employ the physical and mental effects of yoga to reverse the effects of long hours at the desk, wring out the kinks, de-stress from the work week and rejuvenate the mind and body for the weekend. Seeing her students' blissed smiles upon concluding her class is Amy Dara's greatest reward.
