Jen Smith has been practicing yoga for twelve years, and teaching for
three. In her classes, breath and body creatively flow together
between moments of therapeutic self-inquiry and poses held in sublime
stillness, all set to a soundtrack ranging from shamanic drums to
classic rock. She invites her students to open all of their senses to a
deeper awareness of their experience in each moment.
