"Ireally like Yoga District. It is a great little neighborhoodyplace. The mission is affordable, eco-friendly yoga. The space isbeautiful. The classes are challenging.  Basically, it is a littlegarden of yoga Eden. Check it out, your first 3 classes are $10... Sogood." --Review at  www.yelp.com

"Iwould seriously give this place ten stars if yelp would let me... Untilnext time Yoga District. I miss you." --Review at www.yelp.com

"Gothere! The young turks of the DC yoga scene are bringing $10 classesto... yogis in the city. Two locations on Dupont Circle and T at14th, this is the the place to be. With all the overpriced andoverhyped yoga studios in town, Yoga District has managed to hit thesweet spot. Hip, affordable and with a sense of humor." --Review atyelp.com

"Imade it to Bernie's Yoga for Misfits class... which was great... Thestudio is great, simple and close to home, exactly what I need."--E-mail review
Laura's bio

Laura Starling believes the yoga we do on the mat holds lessons for our lives off the mat. How much awareness do you bring to your activities vs. how often do you sleepwalk through your day? Can you find ease in the effort of what you're doing? Can you exercise discipline over the things you can control, while surrendering to the universe those things you can't? A student of the Iyengar and Vinyasa methods, Laura invites us to align our bodies and minds with the flow of life.

Her classes are very well thought out and reflect her years of yoga teaching experience. Her Level 2 Yoga class aims to help students advance their practice to fuller awareness of body and mind.
