Lisa's Bio

Lisa has been teaching aerobics and working with athletes of all levels for over ten years. She is Sivananda trained and incorporates a variety of Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa methods into her classes with yoga district and gyms through the DC area. Lisa is a hands-on instructor who believes that every class is an opportunity to share her love of yoga with new students and experienced yogis alike. Her popular Level 2 Flow Yoga class on Tuesdays evenings at the 14th street studio is a challenging Vinyasa style class that incorporates a number of lunge, warrior, and balance asanas into both traditional and unique vinyasa sequencing. Come ready to push yourself and improve your practice in a meditative and relaxed environment.
