Training!
 
Whether you're already a yoga teacher, an avid yogi, or just someone interested in helping others, you can be part of this hands-on training to help you develop mindfulness and skills to serve various communities with yoga.

September 10-12th (Friday 6-9:30pm, Sat. 11:45am-6:45pm, Sun. 12-6pm) 

At Yoga District Bloomingdale, $290

Street Yoga, an organization based in Portland that holds trainings all over the U.S. specializing in providing yoga to low-income and at-risk youth.  The Street Yoga training provides the skills and knowledge needed to teach, communicate and lead yoga and meditation to at-risk populations, including the homeless, at-risk youth, and trauma survivors. You do not need to have your yoga teaching certification to participate.
