your wellness matters
We all need support with our wellness efforts. That’s why Yoga District has a nonprofit mission to keep yoga and meditation education accessible. No high fees, no membership traps. Just neighbors coming together to share wellness practices they love. Plus, class proceeds support our outreach work. Come as you are, and if you’d like to volunteer for free yoga, let us know about your availability. If you’d like to teach here, check out our teacher info.
coming up
We’ve donated thousands to MSF, Anera, and the Red Cross to support aid in the Middle East and Ukraine. We also act locally by offering outreach programs including yoga with communities in prison, public schools, nonprofits, and more. To keep the goodness going, just keep practicing with us.
Join Jasmine for a deeply grounding yin yoga workshop focused on the hips—an area of the body often activated during times of stress or strong emotion. Gently stretching this region can support relaxation, low back care, and emotional release. All welcome!

“At Yoga District you won’t break the bank paying for classes… [There’s] a more relaxed and casual atmosphere at their studios, with students praising the positive environment. That is one of the many reasons Yoga District was voted the best…”
“Yoga District staff and instructors are incredibly welcoming and kind… I love their variety of classes and locations. Since the pandemic they have made the switch to virtual classes so well – I hardly feel the difference. And they are affordable! I love their mission to make yoga accessible to everyone.”
